A proud father of one, Greatness has been performing since the age of 2. Raised in the church, this Columbus, Ohio native, developed early a love for music and especially singing. Greatness was allowed to express himself in the choir and constantly traveled. It was not until high school that his passion for hip hop also began to surface. After graduating from High School, Greatness began his journey into entertainment. He has worked with some of the best and brightest independent talent the State of Ohio has to offer as well as many gifted musicians from across the globe. Greatness brings a distinct sound to Hip-Hop, R&B, Jazz and Gospel. A versatile artist with many great talents, Greatness hopes to bring soul back into music. Displaying a masterful understanding of timing, sounds and rhythms with which he attempts to bring a passion to music that seems has long since been forgotten. Life influences his artistry and faith guides his journey. Being classified in one genre is a mistake you should NOT make with Greatness, as he could fit in almost all of them. He promises to exceed your expectations with style and humility. Known by many names: He is a daring avenger of real music, a mercenary enforcer for the hip-hop heads, The Golden Child from the Buckeye state, the lyrical samurai known in some circles as the Smoking Master... He is Greatness Exceeds!

We out here!!!!!!!!!🍷🍹🍸✈️🚂🚗🚕🚘🚙.j

Terri Whitlow is from Columbus, OH.  She was born in 1968, the third child of Mignonne and Clyde Whitlow.  Her mother was an Administrator at The Ohio State University and her father was a civilian working for the military at Rickenbacker Air Force Base.  At the age of 3, she began dancing Classical Ballet at the Grider Studio of Dance and by the age of 12 had earned a scholarship to The Dance Theatre of Harlem.  While perfecting her craft of dance, she also realized (around age 8) that she could SING!  She began working on her voice and eventually had aspirations of performing on the Broadway stages in New York.  She entered into numerous talent competitions where she was able to express herself with dance AND vocals thereby getting her chops.  As a result of the exposure, she was discovered by Bobby Taylor (Bobby Taylor and the Vancouvers-Motown) and he became the first person to allow her to hear herself sing with real studio equipment!  He formed a group named “Fresh” and groomed her for performing on the “BIG STAGE”.  She then spent some time in New York, honing her skills in both areas, she returned to East High School where she entered into the East High School Gospel Choir.  Having been raised Episcopalian, she wasn't very familiar with Baptist songs and ways of singing.  Another love and skill-set was then born.  After graduating and landing several small acting parts(such as in the movie The Jesse Owens Story, etc.), she was discovered and signed to Warner Brother's Records by Benny Madina.  And while rehearsing with choreographer Otis Salid for the music video “Let's Get Busy”, he told her of a hot new director, Spike Lee, that was about to start shooting his 2nd movie “School Daze”.  She auditioned and landed the part of a “Jiggaboo” and suddenly acting, like in her earlier days of dreaming to be on Broadway, were reignited.  Shortly after the album was released and the movie opened nationwide she gave birth to her first child.  She went on to get married and have two more children.  She then had to put all of her dreams and aspirations of music, dance and acting aside to work full time to provide for her family.  Then, around the time the children became teenagers, she got word of a new local band that was being formed.  She became an original member of Controversy Band and her love for music and entertainment was sparked up again.   She did well performing all around Ohio with Controversy Band, then the band was disbanded after 14 years.  She then became a member of her friend's band “Tia Stewart & The Groove Syndicate” and performed with her for two years.  Once she realized that she was now and “Empty Nester” with grandchildren, she decided she would move to Louisville, KY and finally start her own band with the help her friend Darius Towns.  Terri Whitlow & The Show was officially born!  Although she, like numerous other talent artists/musicians, has had a very tumultuous love affair with music, she STILL LOVES IT and in addition still has an undying fire for entertaining and making others happy.  One of her favorite quotes is: “If you do what you love for a living, you NEVER WORK a day in your life!”, and she is ready to NEVER WORK for the rest of her life!!
