Dream Catchers

The crowd goes crazy watching Reggie Noble, AKA, Redman plunge his whole body on top of them, sweaty, still gripping his mic and reciting his lyrics as the audience surfs him along the crowd while also rapping along with his verses. Method Man, his partner in crime standing on the stage behind him dousing the fans with water while sticking his tongue out. This dynamic duo is well known in the industry for delivering high energy performances and did not disappoint the full crowd in Detroit Michigan. After a captivating performance I was able to talk to these two men, whom over the years have become older brothers of mine. This time was special though! I’ve been blessed to be have been able to travel with them and witness first hand how they are when the cameras aren’t around. I’ve had quality one on one time with them and have been able to pick their brains while I’ve continued to work on new projects. I’ve even had the amazing opportunity to record some skits for Red’s up coming project, Muddy Waters Too. However this time was different, because over the past year I had been working diligently on publishing my first book and I was excited about getting a copy into their hands. And that I did, I was able to sit down with them and share copies of ReignDrops and get hugs and hear how proud they are of me for chasing my dreams. Sometimes, a small hug and some kind words can go a lot further than we could ever imagine. Don’t forget to encourage those on their journeys to greatness, and never lose sight of your dreams.
